Misty Highlands

During my trip to Scotland in February i had a couple of locations planned for some landscape photography including the famous Buachaille Etive Mòr mountain near Glencoe - probably the most photographed mountain in Scotland!

The weather had other ideas however! Rain arrived as did low cloud and fog…When I arrived at the mountain I couldn’t even see it let alone try to photograph it! The misty conditions did however provide a very different kind of image and while they were not what I had planned I did leave with some lovely atmospheric photographs.

I suppose I will just have to revisit - what a shame!

Here is a gallery of the shots I took, viewed best full screen. Thanks for looking!
